6/3- Congratulations to Tori Doyle and Steve Munley for making the 2011 Times Tribune All-Region Track & Field Team.

5/28-Al Tuzze finishes career with 11th place at PIAA State Championships.  Tori Doyle places 18th in 100M Hurdles and 24th in High Jump.

5/16- Tori Doyle and Al Tuzze lead Varsity teams in District II Championships.  Tori finishes 2nd in High Jump and 3rd in 100M Hurdles. Al places 2nd in Shot Put and 3rd in Discus.  Both Tori and Al will compete at State Championships.  Steve Munley finishes 3rd in Triple Jump. Sarah Larkin takes bronze in 200M Dash and Hannah Tuffy finishes 3rd in 300M Hurdles. 

5/14- Jr. High Boys and Girls win "AA" District 2 Championships. Medal Winners:

5/10-Steve Munley wins gold in 110M Hurdles at Lackawanna Conference Championship Meet, also takes bronze in Triple Jump. Girls have very strong showing finish 2nd in team standings. Tori Doyle takes silver in 100M Hurdles and High Jump, ties meet record.  Ashton Boyarsky takes silver in Long Jump and bronze in Triple Jump. Al Tuzze takes second in Shot Put, Hannah Tuffy 3rd in 1600M.

5/6-Jr. High Boys and Girls steal the show at Abington Heights Invitational.  Boys win team title in 18 team field.  Cassidy Jenkins shatters 300M Hurdles school record. Kayla Agentowicz breaks 800m school record that stood for 23 years!!  Mark Arzie wins gold in 1600M,800M, and 3200M relay.  Full results will be soon avaliable on (click on calendar, then 2011 Outdoor Meet Calendar, then scroll down to Abington Jr. High Invitational) 

5/5-Varsity Girls finish 3rd in "AA" at Jordan Relays. 4x100 Relay(Emily Williams, Juli Kozuch, Ashton Boyarsky, Sarah Larkin) and 1600 Medley(Tori Doyle, Sarah Larkin, Ashton Boyarsky, Hannah Tuffy) win silver medals.

5/3-Jr. High Boys end season 6-1 with big win vs. Scranton Prep(66-56).  Mark Arzie captures 4 wins.  Girls win (89-34), finish 4-3 on the season.  Cassidy Jenkins ties school record in 300M Hurdles on her way to 4 wins.

5/2-Varsity Girls end regular season with tie vs. Scranton Prep(75-75).  Hannah Tuffy moves to 3rd all-time in 1600M with a time of 5:30.3.  Ashton Boyarsky and Sarah Larkin win three events each.  Boys lose (29-121), Al Tuzze and Steve Munley win two events each.

4/28- Jr. High Boys beat Wallenpaupack to move to 5-1 on the season as Garth Estadt breaks 22 year old triple jump school record.  New record 38'-0.5", (old record, Mario Costa 37'9",1989).  Girls fall to 3-3, Cassidy Jenkins and Breann Clauss-Walton win two events each.

4/26- Varsity Girls lose a close one to Wallenpaupack (66-84), Ashton Boyarsky has three season best efforts and four wins, Boys lose (35-115), Steve Munley takes four events.

4/19- Varsity Boys(29-112) and Girls (37.5-103.5) fall to Honesdale in rain soaked meet. Steve Munley 3 wins, Ashton Boyarsky 2 wins lead teams.

4/18-Jr. High Boys(85-37) and Girls(89-35) get back on winning track with victories over Honesdale. Cassidy Jenkins, Kayla Agentowicz and Lauren Holt have 3 wins each.  Mark Arzie captures 3 wins for Boys. 

4/15-Jr. High Boys(58-65) and Girls(39-84) lose to Abington Heights.  Mark Arzie sets school record in 800m with a time of 2:12.2, old record (2:12.4 Tim Tolan 2002).Gavin O'Donnell records 4 wins.

4/14-Varsity Boys (56-94) and Girls (59-91), drop meets vs. Abington Heights.  Steve Munley has big day with 4 wins, Sarah Larkin has her best meet  this year, wins 3 events.

4/12- Jr. High Boys remain unbeaten (3-0) with victory over North Pocono (74-49), Girls(2-1) lose first meet (51-72).  Gavin O'Donnell, Mark Arzie combine to win 7 events.  Cassidy Jenkins and Breann Clauss-Walton win two events each.

4/11- Varsity-North Pocono beats Boys(117-28) and Girls (80-70), Hannah Tuffy leads girls with 4 wins.  Al Tuzze wins two events for the boys.

4/6-Varsity Girls overcome weather and missing team members to win first meet of season over Delaware Valley (83-66).  Tori Doyle and Ashton Boyarsky win three events each.  Boys lose ( 33-117), but Steve Munley takes three events.

4/4- Boys(70-29) and Girls(76-23) Jr. High teams each move to 2-0 on season after sweeping Delaware Valley.  Cassidy Jenkins, Breann Clauss-Walton and Natalie Tuffy have two wins each.  Garth Estadt sweeps jumps, Gavin O'Donnell sweeps hurdles to lead Boys team. 

3/29- Boys (33-117) and Girls (64.5-84.5) Varsity lose openers to Valley View. Hannah Tuffy and Ashton Boyarsky win two events each, Steve Munley wins two for boys.

 3/28-Jr. High Boys and Girls start season with victories vs. Valley View, Varsity starts season tomorrow @ home vs. VV.
